Fibromyalgia Support & Education Group
Connect with others who understand. Learn from experts, share real-life experiences, and find support in our welcoming monthly Zoom meetings.
Our Support & Education Group is more than a support group—it’s a community of people who understand what you’re going through and are committed to helping one another move forward.
We talk honestly about the challenges of living with fibromyalgia, while also focusing on education, connection, practical strategies, and hope. Our goal is for you to leave each meeting feeling a little more informed, empowered, and supported than when you arrived.

For nearly 30 years, our group has been bringing people with fibromyalgia together to learn, connect, and support one another. What began as an in-person group in Michigan now meets on Zoom, welcoming people from across the United States and beyond.

Why Join?
Understanding fibromyalgia can help you ask better questions, communicate with your healthcare team, explore your options, and make informed decisions about your health.

But information is only part of it. Living with a chronic illness can be isolating. Sometimes it simply helps to spend time with people who understand.

Our group is designed to complement—not replace—the care you receive from your healthcare team.

Meet Your Facilitator
Meetings are led by Sharon Waldrop, NBC-HWC, Founder and President of the Fibromyalgia Association.
Sharon has lived with fibromyalgia for 30 years and has dedicated her career to fibromyalgia education, support, and advocacy. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and co-founder and co-host of The Fibro Show.

Participate Your Way
Listen quietly, ask questions, share your experiences—or simply spend time with people who understand. Participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. We simply ask everyone to help maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

Getting Started

Your first meeting is free. After that, annual membership is just $20 and includes participation in our monthly Support & Education Group.

If the cost of membership is a concern, please contact us. We never want financial challenges to stand in the way of getting the support, education, and resources you need.
