SUPPORT, EDUCATION & COMMUNITY

Support & Education Group

Join our regular virtual Support & Education Group, led by our founder, who has lived with fibromyalgia for 30+ years and is a board-certified health and wellness coach. It’s a safe, welcoming space to learn from experts, share real-life experiences, connect with others who understand, and know you are not alone.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Fibromyalgia Awareness Day

Each year, Fibromyalgia Awareness Day brings our community together to raise awareness, share trusted information, and amplify the voices of people living with fibromyalgia. Through education, expert speakers, and community connection, we shine a light on fibromyalgia and help move understanding forward.

POLICY & RESEARCH

Making Patient Voices Heard

We believe healthcare policy, research, and treatment decisions should be shaped with the voices of people living with fibromyalgia. We bring the lived experience of our community to the table—working alongside researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and other advocates to help create meaningful change.

Right then and there I knew I was at the right place — no longer alone or thinking I was crazy.
